    We are currently seeking opportunities for a Full-Time Outpatient PreOp/PACU Registered Nurse.

    Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor of HOPD, the PreOp/PACU nurse is responsible for implementing the PreOp and Post Anesthesia Care record, nursing care plan and the assimilation of the patients’ hospital record. The PreOP/PACU nurse is also responsible for implementing all physician orders, providing for the continuity and quality of nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patients; condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all time. At times, assist the physicians with various tasks, conscious sedation and utilizing sterile technique as deemed appropriate.

    Required Skills

    • Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital setting
    • Registered Nurse (RN) or Graduate Nurse (GN) license required
    • BLS
    • Must obtain ACLS & PALS within 30 days of hire
