    ADVENT HEALTH SURGERY Center performs a broad range of outpatient surgical procedures. Our mission is to care for every patient and their family as if they were our own.  Each patient, each family, each and every time​. The Front Desk Coordinator interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Answer incoming phone calls

    Patient registration greeting patients professionally both in person and on phone

    Collecting payments & balance and close daily

    Chart preparation & Confirm schedule

     

     

    Required Skills

    USPI complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.  If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date.  If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.

    Required Experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Early morning arrival time

    Bilingual

    Team building skills

    Organization skills to keep accurate and confidential patient records and information

    Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day

    Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with patients and their family members

    Conflict resolution and patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with patients

    2-3 years in an ASC/Hospital or physician Office

    High school graduate or equivalent.
