As a Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator you will assist the orthodontist with organization and delivery of patient care.

 PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Supports corporate vision and strategy.

Works with patient services representatives to assure patients are scheduled appropriately.

Responsible for all beginning orthodontic records, initial exams and case presentation appointment to free up doctor time; provide patient with insurance coverages and payment plan options using all available materials.

Offers information during initial exams and case presentations regarding cosmetic brackets, Invisalign,  special order retainers, etc.

Coordinate the incoming and outgoing referrals.

Acts as patient advocate assisting patients.

Ability and willingness to travel between our Sun Prairie and Janesville office locations weekly.

MISCELLANEOUS RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate front desk staff with patient correspondence per doctor’s direction.

Monitor OSHA protocol for orthodontic department.

Adhere to AAAHC standards.

Required Skills

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

 High school diploma or GED required.

 Knowledge of dental/orthodontic insurance plans.

 Familiarity with orthodontic office procedures.

 Good communication skills (both written and oral), problem-solving skills and organizational skills.
