Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital is seeking a Part Time Pharmacy Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge and staff pharmacist, performs duties which include but are not limited to:
- Orders pharmaceuticals from suppliers
- Seeks to gain the most cost effective products
- Ensures ordering contracts are followed
- Ensures the ASJH gets all the rebates and discounts it is allowed based on the ordering contracts
- Completes 222 forms and complies with all state and federal rules associated with the management of controlled substances.
- Also responsible for billing pharmaceuticals used in OR, RR and the nursing unit
Benefits:

- Part Time: 10-20 hours/ per week

Required Skills
Required skills for the Pharmacy Tech include:
- Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
- Current BLS/CPR
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to prioritize and organize workload
- Recommended Pyxis and Cerner
