    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Partner with accounting and finance teams to deliver highly visible monthly reporting and analytics on revenue cycle, provider and fixed costs analyses
    • Implement, develop and maintain consistent monthly management reporting packages utilizing large data sets from multiple financial sources
    • Collaborate with member of the executive and Senior Operations teams to deliver clear and concise reporting to drive performance in the business
    • Work closely with financial planning and analysis team on reporting efforts related to budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling
    • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
    • Increase productivity by developing automated accounting applications and coordinating information requirements
    • Focus on continuous improvement to drive efficiency
    • Participate in other special projects as assigned

    Required Skills

    • Minimum 10 years of previous experience in accounting or finance department
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting and equivalent work experience
    • Knowledge of multiple financial reporting systems, including EPICOR and Cognos a plus
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify opportunities for the organization
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large volumes of data
    • Capable of working independently as well as a team environment
    • Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast pace environment while sustaining great attention to detail and accuracy
