    Rogers Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health services, is seeking a Telehealth Liaison to join our team!

    The Telehealth Liaison applies strong business planning, process improvement and project management principles to support Telehealth offerings at Rogers Behavioral Health sites. The Telehealth program utilizes innovative workflows and emerging technologies to enhance patient care and wellness within Rogers Behavioral Health.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    Telehealth Liaison duties to include:

    • Coordinates key program elements to support a highly complex and widespread portfolio of services.
    • Maintains updated list of service offerings and communication materials.
    • Facilitates data-driven process improvement action plans.
    • Maintain current knowledge of trends and issues in digital health and related topics.
    • Acts as a key contributor to the Telehealth program and supports both current service offerings and implementation of new programs.
    • Maintains current knowledge about organizational policies and procedures, governance structures, CMS and JCAHO guidelines, state and federal regulatory and payor requirements, and applicable technologies.
    • Build and maintain databases and files.
    • Organize, analyze, and validate information.
    • Monitors various sources for new and updated laws and regulations related to telehealth services.
    • Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the Legal Department as needed.
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders through consistent use of effective communication and strong meeting facilitation skills.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Three to Five years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting supporting telehealth programs.
    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree required with a Master’s degree preferred.
    • Great customer relation skills
    • Interest in science and technology
    • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen

    Location:

    • Position is Remote
    • The candidate must live in one the following states: WI, CA, GA, FL, MN, IL, CO, PA, TN, or WA

  • Qualifications
    • Knowledge of computerized practice management and electronic health record (EHR) systems, Windows, word processing and spreadsheets; practice management and EHR computer system experience desired
    • Ability to motivate department staff to achieve goals and establish effective working relationships; excellent communication skills
    • Ability to maintain quality control standards; ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures
    • Time management skills
    • Excellent customer service skills; a strong patient advocate
