Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is looking for a Business Analyst III to join our Data Analytics team. This position plays a leading role in assessing current data structures and formulating, training, adapting and enforcing Data Governance standards for the organization, and providing input in the development of a corporate Data Strategy. Responsible for making data actionable and available for strategic planning and company-wide decision-making. Responsible for evaluating data to ensure accuracy and relevancy in data extractions and compilations used by the organization.
WAGE: $ 55,000-75,000, depending on experience and education.

- High PC literacy skills and demonstrated strong proficiency in Excel (to encompass complex formulas and Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint, and other systems outlined in DA Competency Review.

- Ability to use SSRS and other tools to create reports, visualizations and dashboards preferred.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Data Analytics
- PMI-PBA or IIBA CBAP certification required within 18 months of hire or transfer into the position.
- 5+ years in data analysis, with emphasis on working with stakeholders to evaluate business processes, uncover areas for data improvement, and assist with development and implementation of solutions to data issues.
