    The overall objective of the Lighting Support position is to improve the overall efficiency and productivity of our Project Managers by assisting them in their day-to-day responsibilities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -Understand how to review lighting fixture and control drawings

    -Prepare Lighting Submittals for Approval

    -Assist with order entry and bill of material uploads

    -Obtain estimated ship dates, compile ship schedules, and track all products until received by customer

    -Work with lighting agents and manufacturers to expedite shipments and communicate delays to project managers and customers.

    -Work with pm team and warehouse staff on inventory management for stored projects.

    -Assist with defective product returns and confirm all associated vendor credits

    -Prepare Lighting O&M and close out documents for final review by PM

    -Request pricing on defective product replacements that occur post completion

    Required Skills

          • Must be organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task

            - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

    • High School Diploma with some college or vocational school experience

    • 1 to 2 Years of job-related experience and training
