IT Support Specialist I provides support for low complexity applications.  Creates and develops software solutions to application errors reported.  Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel.  Bachelors Degree or equivalent.  1-2 years related work experience in an IT support role.

The Sprint provisioning team is seeking a well-rounded IT candidate to fill a production application support role.  Expectation is that each production support team member has a deep understanding of each applications¿ functionality/flows, logs, database tables, connection pools and configurations.  The job entails monitoring and proactively identifying potential issues on the applications, troubleshooting production issues, root cause, application administration, automation scripting, scripting monitoring/alarming, error handling, reporting, and running maintenance events.  This is a production support job so some nights and weekends on-call will be required.

Graduate of an approved school of nursing.  Currently licensed in the state.  CPR required, advanced life support certification required PALS certificate required.  One year experience required Pre and Post Op setting.  Demonstrates clinical competency,  leadership and teaching capabilities.  Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
