    EDUCATION AND CRITICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor''s degree from four-year college/university is a plus
    • Medical/Healthcare Sales Experience is a positive

    CONDITIONS OF THE POSITION: Travel up to 70% of the time throughout the assigned region. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often exposed to road travel and clinical environments, such as hospitals, physician offices, and clinics

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Confidentially and persuasively guide the sales process.
    • Build business relationships with customers and community leaders.
    • Recommend strategies for sales approach and market feedback to Marketing Department
    • Collaborate with Clinical/Regional Directors and Marketing Staff to increase the prospecting of potential of partners
    • Expand and develop essential leadership skills to meet immediate and future objectives.
    • Seek new customers, either known target accounts or new business found by prospecting, lead generation tools, and market data.
    • Support and grow existing account base

    • Able to tolerate extreme heat, extreme cold, and humidity necessary to work in kitchens, walk-ins, freezers, climate changes and be able to work outdoors. (Must be minimum 16 years of age to operate the dishwasher and garbage disposal)
    • Ability to tolerate approved Ecolab detergents and chemicals necessary clean/sanitize equipment and environment
    • Able to accommodate a large number of guests at one time, changes in work schedule and job assignments
    • Able to lift 30 pounds with or without 2-person lift. 30+ pounds require a 2-person lift
    • Must take Start Fresh training, as well as implement all safety aspects of Start Fresh training
    • Able to work and tolerate temperatures ranging from 0 to 120 degrees
    • Must comply with all Health Department, ServSafe, and/or Dollywood Company regulations pertaining to safe food handling procedures and practices
