Program Manager III acts as the lead on the program management team.  The candidate assists in managing large programs consisting of a number of interrelated projects.  The candidate is required to use program management tools (PMO website, Websource) to manage multiple project work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies of high complexity, including enterprise level programs.  Bachelors Degree or equivalent.  8 years related work experience.

The position will require aspects of Change Control, developing process, scope of work, job aides, POs/Invoicing approvals and financial tracking, cross-functional coordination, project tracking and reporting.

Position Requirements Provides end-to-end program/project management with analytic technical competency, and proven methods of project management for assessing, planning, cross-functional matrix management of diverse resources including Vendors, reporting, risk assessment, escalation/mitigation management and command and control of delivering deployment objectives within financial requirements cost effectively, and with quality control.
