    The UM Customer Support Representative works in a high-performance, customer-focused team environment. He/she is responsible for providing support to the Utilization Management department by providing customer service to its medical group members and providers via telephone and/or emails.

    Required Experience

    Required:

    • High School Graduate or equivalent certification.
    • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

    Preferred:

    • Minimum of two years’ experience in a managed care, IPA, or health plan environment
    • Knowledgeable in EzCap
