     *THIS POSITION HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK REMOTE.

     

    The Application Developer will deliver solutions for critical systems and support enterprise applications. This includes troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers, such as operations, practice locations and other business units. The Application Developer is also responsible for assisting in the design and development of integrations and custom software as well as responsible for building n-tier web applications, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. The primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems including but not limited to Salesforce, Epicor, ClearStory and custom applications
    • Providing technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications
    • Participate in requirements analysis & collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
    • Revise, update, refactor and debug code
    • Improve existing software and automate manual processes
    • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
    • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
    • Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization.
    • Provide support for the testing of new and existing software applications/releases under development or under consideration for purchase.
    • Prepare for and complete regression testing of primary applications after bug fixes and upgrades have been programmed to ensure the quality of the product(s) prior to live implementation.
    • Must be able to work directly with end users and business partners
    • Functional knowledge of full project development lifecycle and ability to validate that software performs to established guideline
    • Ability to develop requirements for applications based on user input and needs
    • Ability to work independently while remaining a strong and collaborative team member
    • Build, Test and Deploy custom .net solutions

    Required Skills

    • 3-7 years C#/.Net and SQL development experience; Strong API experience a plus
    • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of ERP, CRM, Azure, BI Software or other enterprise application
    • Proven track record of successful development projects; experience in HealthCare a plus
    • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service orientation
