    WKRC, in Cincinnati, is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Sales Coordinator who is organized and is well-educated on digital media. An understanding of broadcast advertising and strong communication skills are important for this role. 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

     

    • Create advertising campaigns using PowerPoint and other programs
    • Sales report analysis and maintenance
    • Coordinating TV ads for clients
    • Efficiently work with the team of Marketing Consultants/management team
    • Assist with support on local and national business
    • Various administrative duties and contract management
    • Successfully deploy all sold digital campaigns in an accurate and timely manner
    • Monitor internal project ticketing system to ensure all projects are processed quickly and efficiently
    • Coordinate with digital fulfillment center to ensure optimum performance of sold campaigns
    • Actively maintain troubleshooting for any problematic parts of the sales campaign implementation process
    • Develop monthly or quarterly advertiser progress reports when requested
    • Report campaign status on a weekly basis to all sales management noting whether campaigns sold are active, expired or pending
    • Work with MCs, clients and station departments to execute and fulfill contract obligations / expectations
    • Work with on-air talent to coordinate event details and assisting them on-site when needed, including Star64 movie promotions
    • Manage outside vendors
    • Assist in the development of sales concepts to include the preparation of sales presentations, copy writing, inter-department communication, sales contracts and event production, including attending sales calls with MCs
    • Write and manage station contest rules
    • Maintain department master calendar (including contesting start and end dates; sales remote and event dates, etc.)

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Skilled with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word duties
    • Be able to utilize Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Sales, Matrix, MediaLine, Outlook, and a multi-line phone system 
    • Great attention to detail is essential
    • Strong analytical ability
    • The ability to meet strict deadlines, while maintaining accuracy
    • Working knowledge of new media, digital interactive initiatives, social media, and content
    • Some experience in a media sales environment is preferable
    • Strong organizational, written, and communication skills
    • Hands on coordinating and managing of social events and promotions
    • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office experience is a plus

  • Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing
    • Current Texas RN License
    • Current BLS and ACLS required
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Good organization habits
    • Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
    • Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit
    • Ability to utilize Electronic Health Care Record for patient documentation
