    The SENIOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR reports to the Quality Management Manager.  The SQMC is primarily responsible to assist with Quality Improvement Initiatives, identifying providers/staff who are in need of additional education/assistance with measures, ensuring correct data quality and data collection/reporting available. The SQMC will schedule chart reviews/data mining, educational trainings and meetings for the QM department. The SQMC will be responsible for training materials and education with utilization of the quality reporting system. The SQMC will coordinate outreach efforts to patients and provider offices in order to improve quality performance rates.

    Required Skills

    • Excellent oral and written communication.
    • Ability to learn quickly.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Data entry skills.
    • Proficient in Word and Excel
    • Knowledge of ICD-10 /CPT coding.

    Required Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Understanding and familiarity with Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, P4P, and CMS Star measures and methodology.
    • Computer keyboarding is required with proficiency in Word and Excel.
