    Gateway Endoscopy Center is hiring Clinical Director!

    Gateway Endoscopy Center, a busy ambulatory GI facility in west St. Louis county needs to add a Clinical Director to its staff. The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and developing the center's clinical departments through key tasks such as hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling, and supervision. The individual should be able to solve problems quickly and effectively using critical thinking skills with emotional intelligence to deal with staff at all levels within the center. The Clinical Director will report directly to the ASC Administrator & will collaborate with her to promote fiscal accountability, develop and review policies, staff scheduling, and evaluate staff performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position
    • Experience in clinical supervision and program management
    • GI Experience (preferred)
    • Understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures
    • Excellent knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations for the clinical field
    • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
    • Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
    • Monday thru Friday, occasional Saturdays
