JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Cloud & Infrastructure Client Service Delivery Manager will provide leadership oversight of the Infrastructure Operations Team which provides client IT support which may include Data Center Cloud Operations, Network Services, Service Management, End User Computing, and IT Support.
A PROFESSIONAL AT THIS POSITION LEVEL HAS THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing this support per the contract, including Oversee and direct the operations of infrastructure services for the client
- C-Suite level functional & strategic planning of infrastructure environments
- Managing the strategic working relationships with client and internal IT professionals and other IT vendors partners, including: Application and Infrastructure teams; business partners, etc.
- Directing and leading awareness for operational improvements innovations in IT infrastructure
- Managing all financial aspects of the contract
- Providing people management oversight
- Performing all other duties as assigned
- Providing direction and management oversight to offshore Infrastructure teams providing support to the client
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Data Center Infrastructure Services including: security operations; network; database; OS management (IaaS and PaaS)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Cloud Infrastructure Services (Azure a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Infrastructure Service Management
- Minimum of 1 years of Infrastructure Disaster Recovery, Governance & Planning/Testing.
- Strong communications skills – ability to communicate at the C-Level with the client, is critical for this role.
- Azure experience would be great as they will be moving to Azure at the client in the future.
- ITIL and ITSM Certifications would be nice to have, given scope of the role.
