    The Warehouse Dock and Delivery Team Member maintains appropriate receiving for inbound freight, loads and delivers stock and packages to merchandise shops, games facilities and other divisions in accordance with safety guidelines and Dollywood procedures. This host will also provide operational support and facility upkeep while providing excellent customer service to guests.

    Summary of Major Duties & Responsibilities

    • Pick up and deliver in an organized manner on a daily basis to all Dollywood properties and other locations as needed. Communicating shortages to warehouse leadership as appropriate.
    • Support the daily operation of the Dollywood Warehouse including, but not limited to, receiving and processing inbound freight, auditing, loading and delivering within all Dollywood properties, packing and preparing outbound shipments, scheduling inbound and outbound shipments.
    • Must be able to safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pickers, etc. in addition to various sizes of delivery trucks; appropriate training will be provided.
    • Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and concentration to sustain an ordinary routine with minimal supervision.
    • Operating vehicles and equipment in an efficient manner and follow all policy and procedures of the Dollywood Company.
    • Represent the Dollywood Company in a friendly and professional manner to guests, vendors, suppliers and fellow Hosts.
    • Supports all teammates with words, behavior and actions that are in alignment to attain locations budgeted profit and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Follows all Merchandise Operational Policies and Procedures effectively and adheres to all Merchandise Safety Guidelines. Reports any safety issue to their immediate supervisor immediately.
    • Host ensures they are to date on all company and divisional communications through communication boards and binders.
    • Protect the privacy and security of our guests and coworkers, including PCI compliance.

    • Ability to withstand temperature ranges from 0 to 140 degrees and various climatic conditions (i.e., humidity/wetness, dryness/sunlight) due to lack of temperature-controlled locations.
    • Work a flexible schedule, rotate Saturdays and holidays as needed to maintain an efficient operation.
    • Ability to cooperate with fellow employees and accept frequent changes in work schedule and job assignments in order to facilitate the greatest effectiveness and efficiency in the work area.
    • Able to perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience

    • Minimum of 18 years of age
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Previous warehouse work preferred
    • Computer experience operating Microsoft Office Programs, inventory systems preferred
    • Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of auto liability insurance
    • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check including motor vehicle
