    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:

    The Order Resolution Specialist performs a variety of auditing, quality control and training functions to effectively manage assigned OIP to resolution; independently tracks and communicates trends, as well as develops and delivers training where needed to improve overall processes and quality.

     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Investigates orders assigned by researching, auditing, and questioning to achieve an appropriate resolution.
    • Communicates resolution to involved parties and departments.
    • Independently approves the processing of sales, rentals, equipment repairs and other transactions of all dollar values.
    • Identifies, sets and communicates performance and process requirements and improvements to employees.    
    • Identifies staff and payer performance and quality trends, and develops solutions for resolution and performance improvement.
    • Identifies, designs and delivers training programs to drive process improvement, and reduce issues.  Conducts in the moment one-on-one training with a variety of employees.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

    • High School diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred.
    • Three to five years of document collections and funding related experience, or training is required. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
