We are seeking a Client Success Advocate to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are a high -level and fast paced company that is excited to grow and expand our team. We need someone who is a fast learner with precise attention to detail. Our company Educates others on Real Estate and Tax Lien investments. This position is focused primarily on client success and out reach. If hired you will be required to learn exclusive Real Estate/ Tax Lien investment knowledge in order to help clients. The job involves but is not limited to assisting our advisors in order to help clients make investments, helping clients track investments and proactive client outreach. Responsibilities: * Learn the basics of Real Estate and Tax Lien Investing * Apply knowledge to assisting clients * Proactive Client Outreach * Greet and assist new clients when enrolled in our company * Accurately track and complete all follow up administrative functions for new clients * Communicate progress efficiently through multiple chat platforms too other administrative employees * Perform general and on call office tasks as needed Qualifications: * Strong communication and phone skills * Previous experience in office administration or other related fields * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills Company Description Our company coaches Real Estate and Tax Lien knowledge to potential investors.
