Position will be involved with any or all of the following: -Assisting with annual insurance renewal & other new hire benefits coordination/eligibility -Recruiting & Hiring: creating/monitoring job postings, scheduling interviews, new hire & employee paperwork -Benefits administration: Time off, 401K, disability, etc. - all other administrative tasks needed for benefits -Payroll assist with timeclock & attendance data or records for accurate payroll processes may serve as primary or secondary payroll clerk -Employee file retention, organization, and document compliance -Compliance lead: OSHA record keeping, FMLA, disability, distribution of annual notices/disclosures -Assist with developing employee engagement opportunities/team building activities -Other HR related tasks/process development as occurring -May assist with other administrative tasks as needed supporting order entry or accounting Qualifications: -Some prior education or work experience relating to HR preferred -Willingness to work in an environment with multiple HR 'hats', and remain open to learning while developing HR processes -Independent, strong work ethic, ability to manage time and follow through -Friendly and detail orientated, willing to help with whatever is needed to support the businesses growth
