    Admin/Office management experience from a manufacturing environment, or experience in ERP environment preferred.

    Job Type: Part-time

    Schedule: We Offer flexible scheduling

    • 16-24HRs a week
    • Minimum 3 days in the office
    • 8-9 Am start time ( Shift must be at least 4Hr’s)

    Qualification/ Requirements:

    • Previous Experience in office or Administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and Multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong Organizational skills
    • Experience in a manufacturing industry
    • Dedicated, independent, detail-oriented

    Education:

    • High School diploma or equivalent

    Primary duties

    • Order entry
    • BOM/Routing/status is reviewed by President but you will be first to see and approve, the president only sees it after it has been printed. Being in charge of managing this box you need to make sure to ask any and all questions.
    • Order entry checklist, and defer to the president with questions. (Questions are much easier than processing paperwork.)
    • Order printing/acknowledgments
    • Review SO/POs and process them, clean up the sales box, file acknowledgments, and send them off.
    • Create/update/manage Folders in E2 Folder along with what relates to E2.
    • Add sketches to part folders
    • Paperwork management – filing travelers, filing old POs, filing acknowledgments.
    • Cycle count/inventory support (data entry)
