Day Creek Animal Hospital is a brand new, full-service veterinary clinic that treats animals of all shapes and sizes. We're open 7 days per week until 8PM on most nights for the convenience of our busy pet owners. Day Creek Animal Hospital is proud to provide quality medical care to pets in the community of Rancho Cucamonga! Whether your pet needs a checkup, a vaccine or emergency medical care, Day Creek is here to help your pet stay happy and healthy.

Our ideal candidate will have two years or more of veterinary reception experience, the ability to work both evenings and weekends, excellent phone and computer skills and a love of animals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Greet patients, their pets, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors to our medical office
• Educate clients on the importance of preventative care
• Answer patient questions, provide assistance and directions when necessary
• Field all phone calls and send emails
• Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
• Register new patients and update necessary records
• Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and then check them over to ensure that required fields are completed appropriately
• Process bills, invoices, and patient payments in office
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient records
• Ensure that the waiting room environment remains quiet, calm, organized and welcoming
• Uphold the positive reputation of our medical office by always treating visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and compassionate manner
