Human Resources Coordinator UnitedLex 81 reviews - Overland Park, KS The HR Coordinator will support the front line operations of the Human Resources department across a range of functions including Recruiting/Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Leave Management, Compliance, and Training & Development. Administer HR policies, procedures and programs of global business. Responsibilities HR Data Management: * Enter employment data into HRIS system(s) for initial employee setup and any employment-related changes. * Maintain data integrity through various system audits. * Assist employees with performing functions within their self-service accounts. * Maintain accurate and consistent employee personnel files and other related HR files. Leave Administration: * Support all aspects of PTO process. * Partner with HR Manager on administration of FMLA / LOA. Benefits Administration: * Assists team with reporting, tracking, and enrollment of eligible employees and their benefit deductions. * Answer general employee questions regarding benefit plans and eligibility guidelines. General Administrative Support: * Process Verification of Employment requests.
