Success Metrics & Key Results
- Minimum ABHES and ACCSC employment rate benchmark is 70% for the cohort reporting year then striving to meet Unitek Learning goals of 87% employment rate for each program assigned.
- Meet weekly/monthly, graduate placement run rates and supporting placement producing activity goals to ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance benchmarks are exceeded and internal Unitek Learning goals are met. Placement Producing Activities include in and outbound phone calls to graduates and employers, texts, emails, job orders received, resume submittals, graduate interviews, job offers and actual hires.
- Minimum Employer Survey response rate of 35%.
**Education, Qualifications & Skills: **
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates with equivalent education and combined experience will also be considered.
- 2+ years’ experience in career services, recruitment, sales, or related field.
- A natural blend of being people oriented as well as task and metric motivated working under deadlines.
- Self-motivated, energetic, positive and ability to find creative or resourceful solutions while learning and working in a remote environment independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ABHES and/or ACCSC accreditation standards and regulations is a plus.
- Experience in PowerBI and CampusVue/CampusNexus a plus.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
- Adaptability to work standard business hours Pacific Standard Time regardless of geographic location. One late shift per week until 7:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote environment and be a proactive remote learner.
- Robust understanding of the job search and hiring process.
