Are you passionate about helping others achieve financial wellness? As a Universal Banker / Financial Service Officer (FSO) , you’ll be the welcoming face and trusted advisor for our members—building lasting relationships, offering tailored financial solutions, and making every interaction count.
In this role, you’ll guide members and potential members through our full-service experience—whether it’s using in-branch self-service technology, opening a new account, or applying for a loan. You'll be a go-to expert for everything from everyday transactions to future financial goals.
What You’ll Do:
Open new accounts and handle account maintenance
Assist members with inquiries, transactions, and requests—both in-person and via drive-thru (using video and tube systems)
Walk members through our branch tech tools, including tablets and interactive kiosks
Own member issues from start to resolution with care and attention
Proactively identify needs and recommend personalized financial products and services
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
At least 6 months of experience in a consultative sales or service role—financial institution experience is a plus
A strong passion for service, relationships, and trust-building
Excellent communication skills—you know how to ask the right questions and really listen
Confidence in educating members about products and making referrals
Self-starter mindset with a solution-driven approach
Strong multitasking skills and tech savvy (Microsoft Office and standard office equipment)
Fluency in Spanish is REQUIRED
Additional Information
Compensation: $21.50+/hr
