    Insurance Agents - ACA Sales - Highly Paid At Universal Benefits Group, we support and empower top tier insurance agents to close deals at high efficiency levels, generating maximum revenues. Our agents can expect constant WARM inbound lead flow, full customer support, advanced technology platforms, and overall operational support. We have an extensive Carrier list to offer coverage to our members in all applicable states. We’re also really good people, which our agents find delightfully refreshing in this industry. We solely focus on providing individuals and families ACA Plans at Zero or very low cost premiums. We are proud of helping thousands of Americans find peace of mind with their healthcare coverage. We’ve perfected a system to close sales in 6-7 minutes, and fully process the deals in 10-15 minutes. You’ll be provided with high quality, warm, inbound leads at no cost to you. Your only limit in commissions is how many hours you choose to close deals per day (opportunity open from 9am - 6pm on weekdays and optional Saturdays 9am - 5pm). Our average ACA agent writes 12-24 policies a day (9-6pm). Extensive training & ongoing support is provided to make sure that you’re comfortable & successful. Responsibilities: Prequalify and enroll clients into ACA plans by helping them understand the options and plans available to them. • Must maintain a consistent schedule of showing up with a positive attitude. • Be able to handle 100+ phone calls per day. • Discover and communicate any obstacles or unique situations with leadership. • Close deals and complete proper confirmation and documentation processes. Qualifications: • Health Insurance License 2-15 or 2-40 • Remote work station with high-quality Internet • Strong communication skills including professional phone etiquette and active listening • Ambitious, results and goal focused • Consistent attendance is a must Preferred Qualifications: • Tele-sales experience (not required) • Knowledge of ACA programs (not required) • Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields • Proficiency with computers and web-based applications Compensation: $91,000 - $130,000 yearly
