Universal Orthodontic Lab is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing company. This individual should be eager to assist our team with a strong work ethic, and be able to contribute to a positive work environment. All interaction with our clients and team must be made with professionalism in a timely and effective manner. We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, with strong organizational skills, and a self-starter who can manage their time effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, professional phone etiquette, problem solving abilities, good listening skills and the ability to follow policies and procedures. Working hours are Monday -- Friday 7am to 3:30pm.
