    Job Description

    Universal Orthodontic Lab is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing company. This individual should be eager to assist our team with a strong work ethic, and be able to contribute to a positive work environment. All interaction with our clients and team must be made with professionalism in a timely and effective manner. We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, with strong organizational skills, and a self-starter who can manage their time effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, professional phone etiquette, problem solving abilities, good listening skills and the ability to follow policies and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries
    • Creating Bills/Invoices/Sales Orders
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Previous experience with Quickbooks and other CRM software is preferred, but not required
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Minimum AA degree or some college coursework

    Working hours are Monday -- Friday 7am to 3:30pm.
