Keller Estate is looking to expand our tasting room team. We pride ourselves on providing warm and knowledgeable hospitality to our guests. When visitors arrive at our estate, they experience a unique tour of the grounds, winery, and cave. Our team engages with guests, introduces them to our wine club, presents our wines, and shares the family story, the Petaluma Gap AVA, and the winemaking process behind our wines. All the while, our team maintains an awareness of their surroundings and ensures that all guests feel comfortable and at ease. We are fortunate to have exceptional views and we want to share that experience with our guests. Our tasting room is open Wednesday through Sunday. We typically schedule 10-12 hours per week, including some weekday evenings for corporate events.

Scheduling requirements:

• Regular schedule on Wednesday -Thursday

• Ability to work periodic weekends or onsite events with advanced notice

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Ability to climb stairs and stand/walk for extended periods

Position requirements:

• Two or more years of experience in winery or restaurant wine sales (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of California wine regions, especially wines relevant to Keller Estate like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay

• A passion for wine and hospitality

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience with Register/POS systems

• TIPS Certification

Pay rate:

• $20-21/hour, based on experience

• Sales incentives based on club signups and quarterly sales goals
