    Job Description

    Interested in outside sales? At Universal Traffic Service, you could be managing an exclusive sales territory within three years. Our Sales Leadership Development Program puts you on the fast track to a successful career in outside sales. It starts with a training period at our corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You’ll work directly with our Vice President of Sales and others to:

    • Learn about our industry and how we differentiate UTS
    • Learn our systems and processes
    • Receive sales training (based on Keenan’s Gap Selling)
    • Gain experience with sales support tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Support and learn from our outside sales team
    • Start to develop your own exclusive sales territory Our goal is to place you in an exclusive sales territory within three years. You will manage the sales activity and client relationships there under the guidance of a Regional Sales Manager and the Vice President of Sales. You will also have opportunities to mentor the next generation of UTS sales professionals.
