    ARE YOU OUR NEXT COMPENSATION ANALYST?

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to be responsible for administering base and variable compensation programs, including related policies and procedures.

     

    • Administer compensation programs including maintaining structures, GEO analysis, market pricing jobs, and reporting requests; support annual salary planning and bonus programs.
    • Support/administer stock programs, including account set up, projections, exercises.
    • Participate in salary surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine SUSA’s competitive position; maintain MarketPay (Payscale) software
    • Partner with HRBPs/hiring manager to develop job descriptions. Determine appropriate salary grade and FLSA status. Recommend appropriate salary, grade, and title, maintaining internal equity.
    • Keeps apprised of federal, state, and local compensation related regulations, e.g., FLSA, minimum wage, etc.
    • Perform ad hoc analysis (competitive analysis, pay equity, etc.)
    • Supports global compliance initiatives.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
    • Experience working as an HR Generalist preferred.
    • 1-3  years of progressively responsible experience in compensation preferred.
    • Prior experience in benchmarking positions with knowledge of Mercer, Hay or Towers Watson is preferred.
    • Advanced level Excel user with strong data management and analytical skills required.
    • Knowledge of legal regulations as they pertain to compensation preferred.
    • Creates and delivers presentations on function-related subject matter and writes in a clear, concise form.
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Exhibits the ability to multi-task and perform as a team player in a fast-paced dynamic .environment.
    • Possesses strong customer and results orientation.
