    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    Joining our team, you’ll be expected to provide the most effective, evidence-based care through clinically superior physical therapy treatments, evaluations, and related services as established by state law. We understand that each patient is different, not only in their diagnoses but their story and what motivates them so you will tailor each treatment plan to each individual; listen to their goals and aspirations to create a plan that works for them.

    Some of your other responsibilities will include:

    • Build long-lasting relationships with patients, colleagues, doctors/physicians/referral sources

  • Qualifications
    1. Knowledgeable of medical and nursing concepts, principles and practices in order to correctly interpret medical record documentation for compliance.
    2. Knowledge of basic statistics and performance improvement concepts, tools and methods.
    3. Exemplifies an approachable style that elicits open communication with all Associates, Management, and Physicians.
    4. Able to evaluate and present data to other professionals/non-professionals, including Physicians, in a clear and concise manner.
    5. Proficient in the principles of analytical assessment, critical thinking and creative problem solving.
    6. Has knowledge of hospital systems and organizational relationships.
    7. Ability to develop partnerships, teamwork and good working relationships.
    8. Experienced in group facilitation techniques.
    9. Understanding of the complexities of an Academic Medical Center.  Ability to involve others appropriately in consultations and decisions.
    10. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and coordinate with different departments and entities       simultaneously.
    11. Ability to develop and implement all aspects of tasks, and meet deadlines and goals.
    12. Ability to maintain a high degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust.
    13. Skilled in the use of computer systems and related software applications.
    14. Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to listen effectively.
    15. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including English usage, grammar, punctuation, and style.
    16. Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
    17. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
