TITLE:               DataStax- Cassandra Support Engineer

LOCATION:       Chicago Illinois 60607

DURATION:       till end of the year with extension possible

KINDLY FIND BELOW DETAIL JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Provide production support for Real-time customer databases built on Datastax Cassandra
• Work with on/offshore production support team handling incident and problem tickets using ServiceNow
• Ensure overall organizational support goals are met (i.e. SLA, incident/problem reduction, application availability)
• Co-ordinate root cause analysis efforts for permanent resolution on all incidents
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on issue resolution
• Work with the Development team to understand the new functionality being deployed and ensure all support readiness requirements are met
• Ability to adjust both written and oral communications to a variety of different audiences
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks

Knowledge of the following applications: CISCO, EZ-CAP, EZ-NET, Vitalsite, MIDAS, Practice Management, Electronic Health Records (EHR), WORD, EXCELL, Rightfax and Jabber. Strong communication skills; strong telephone etiquette; strong attention to detail; bilingual in Spanish desired.
