NORTH COAST ELECTRIC, A SONEPAR COMPANY – POWERED BY DIFFERENCE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as liaison between Shared Services and North Coast Operation Associates
• Manage the Outstanding Tracker Report
• Research and resolve A/P trackers to reduce the number of outstanding trackers to a manageable volume
• Full A/P access to solve issues on payables and PO’s
• Focus on assisting Operation Associates with the largest amount of trackers
• Focus on large vendors and assist with resolving receiving issues
• Ensure cash discounts are not being lost due to unresolved trackers/unapproved payables
• Determine ways to improve the A/P process with Shared Services
• Backup Direct Sales Accountant and A/P Supervisor
• Special Projects as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

• 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience
• Solar Eclipse experience preferred
• Strong problem solving ability
• Solid understanding of the PO receiving process
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Teams

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Office environment mainly seated at a desk
• Frequent phone and computer use
• Some lifting up to 30lbs
• Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
• Open to remote working
