    THE OPPORTUNITY

    We are seeking a Sr. Customer & Data Analyst to perform the following duties:

     

    • Digital Analytics – implement and manage website analytics tagging and tracking in Google Analytics/Tag Manager across all company websites. Establish pertinent events and goals to support measuring the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize the conversion funnel, increase web adoption, understand feature engagement, and improve the overall user experience. In partnership with IT, leverage Google Analytics API to aggregate data into our data lake for wider consumption. Additionally, establish KPI tracking for mobile analytics across all company mobile aps.
    • Customer Analytics – use demographic criteria to identify customer prospects, leverage market resources and internal transaction data to analyze market share opportunity. Support key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, calls-to-action, and lead generation forms, analyze marketing campaign performance, manage customer attribute enhancement of our email marketing database, assist functional areas to leverage customer information to make strategic decisions.
    • Perform ad hoc analysis or assist with strategic projects as requested by supervisor or senior management to inform various presentations and business decisions. Capture analytics requirements from requestors, provide guidance regarding relevance and scope of data, and deliver consumable insights with appropriate context.
    • Establish, educate, and distribute dynamic dashboards to support digital and customer analytics. Drive data adoption through actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with IT and Business Intelligence teams to define datasets, establish governance, produce dashboards, and embed in applications for consumption.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Data visualization software – PowerBI (preferred), Tableau, or Qlik
    • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
    • Excel skills (advanced formulas and pivot tables)
    • Office 365 applications (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
    • 3 – 5 years of analytics experience, preferably in digital or customer insights
    • Experience managing and implementing web analytics tracking
    • Successful track record of providing strategic recommendations that move the business forward
    • Ability to tell a story with data
    • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills, including proficiency with Office 365
    • Collaborative approach and ability to work with a team across departments

    4. Proficient at documentation and design. 
    5. Proficient in creative problem solving and strong analytical skills.
    6. Ability to handle stressful situations and multiple tasks in a support role.
    7. Ability to work in a consultative manner (prior consulting experience a plus) with people from varying disciplines and degrees of technical experience.
    8. Self-motivated, analytical, a good troubleshooter and goal oriented.
    9. Ability to write specifications and requirements.
    10. Working knowledge of relational database schemas, project management, development methodologies and programming of Windows applications in a client-server environment.
