    The overall objective of the Project Manager position is to ensure that our internal and external customer and vendor needs for accurate and timely information are met and long term business relationships are developed and maintained.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -Receive and review all relevant information related to the assigned project.

    -Confirm all information is complete and accurate. Contact salesperson with any questions or discrepancies.

    -Enter projects accurately into the system.

    -Assemble and organize the job folder per established procedures.

    -Follow up with any further actions needed during the project such as acquiring shipping information and expediting.

    -Respond to all internal and external customer and vendor requests for information in a timely manner.

    -Perform job closeout at project completion per established policy and procedures.

    -Perform other related job duties as required or directed by manager.

     

     

           

    Required Skills

    Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.

    Technical knowledge of switchgear is preferred.

    Excellent Customer Service skills.

    Strong communication skills along with strong math and computer skills.

    Ability to adapt quickly to changes.

    Required Experience

    High School Diploma with some college or vocational school experience required with emphasis on business and/or equivalent knowledge through job related experience and training.

  • Qualifications

    Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.

    Technical knowledge of switchgear is preferred.

    Excellent Customer Service skills.

    Strong communication skills along with strong math and computer skills.

    Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
