Role: Receptionist / Front Desk Ambassdor
Work location: San Franciso, CA
- Welcomes guests to the AIE (Applied Innovation Exchange) office space that creates a memorable first impression • Provides customer service for visiting clients and staff • Maintains records of guests, customers, and vendors who visit the office • Manages and maintains the appearance of the reception • Ability to provide firsthand support on AV System for the site • Maintains conference room calendars and workspace reservations.
- Arranges catering, meeting coordination, set-up, and breakdown for various site events • Answers and transfers incoming calls of 1st floor front desk • Mail management • Support Event Management coordination with AIE team • Support Furniture resets for meeting rooms and event areas.
- Willing to be flexible on working hours to support after hour event support (average 2 to 3 per month) • Process PO’s, Invoices in internal system and maintain spend tracker for multiple offices in North America
