    Position: Field Operations Technician III

    Location:

    Duration: 3 months only

    Field Operations Technician III is responsible for providing work leadership, guidance and training to a group of technicians within a specific area.  The candidates responsibilities include: diagnosing network problems in the field, solves complex work related problems, coordinate and review work assignments, address and resolve complex and/or escalated customer issues to the point of customer satisfaction, make recommendations regarding personnel development and departmental policies and procedures, conduct quality control inspections at customer locations.  Candidate must possess a High School diploma or equivalent. 5-10 years related work experience.  Must be eligible to work in the US.

    DRIVING IS REQUIRED, 200 MILES PER DAY AVERAGE (COMPANY VEHICLE PROVIDED) SPRINT PHONE REQUIRED, SAMSUNG RF EQUIPMENT PREFERRED. US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED.

    1. Advanced knowledge of factors affecting delivery of patient care services and ability to lead the development and implementation of organizational changes to address strategic initiatives and opportunities to improve patient care and nursing practice.
    2. Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.
    3. Proven leadership ability, with demonstrated success in engendering trust, confidence, and commitment of medical staff.
    4. Demonstrated ability to plan and carry out projects or change initiatives of significant magnitude.
    5. Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions. 
    6. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
