    YOUR CAREER 

    Cortex (previously Demisto, a SOAR company) Customer Success Engineers are responsible for providing our customers with technical expertise and professional services to make sure they are meeting their objectives. As a Customer Success Engineer Intern, you are a key component of our company’s success, working together with customers, partners, and their awesome Cortex colleagues. Without these ninjas, we will fail. And failure is not an option!

    Our Summer Internship Program from May-August or June-September provides you:

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Customer Success 
    • Assist the team with internal development projects and special customer projects
    • This may include writing scripts, playbooks, troubleshooting or other technical requests
    • Helping to automate SOC work
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    YOUR EXPERIENCE 

    • Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python or JavaScript
    • Familiar with a variety of security products and secure coding techniques
    • Familiarity with Linux system administration & troubleshooting
    • Familiarity with the different products, processes, and ecosystems
    • Have a hunger for learning and love a good challenge
    • Potential experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC)
    • Experience with customer service, customer support, or working with clients
    • Majoring in Computer Science, Information Security, or a similar degree
    • To apply, you must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above, a 2-year Master's Degree or a Doctorate degree and returning to school in the fall of 2022

If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $25/hr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
