    YOUR CAREER

    The Americas Sales Operations Intern - a trusted business partner for our Americas Sales Operations Leader.   You have strong interest in providing support to our field sales and operations teams.  You will assist the sales operations leaders with all things related to go-to-market operations support, including but not limited to data cleansing, sales planning with analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to support and work collaboratively with  sales managers and cross-functional teams.  You will assist with various operations cadences, forecasting, and business reviews, and daily tactical support.

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Assist field sales operations leaders  in all facets of running the business, including:
    • Data review and data cleansing - including cleanup of accounts and opportunities in SFDC
    • Processing account change requests on behalf of the sales teams and sales operations leaders
    • Special projects around leaning in and analyzing, assessing, and making recommendations for go to market alignment
    • Identify key markets with high-potential for spend based on Total Addressable Market (TAM)  where we could double-down with incremental resources
    • Entering new hires, promotions and transfers into systems, ensuring system access is available at start
    • Convert raw data into well-presented and useful business information that drives business decisions
    • Create presentations in Google slides to present findings on various projects
    • Assist field operations lead with quarterly business reviews, tracking down and consolidating results, building slides to present results, ensuring slides represent actual results from field teams assigned to support
    • Create and update documentation of operation processes such as , sales onboarding process, Field Operations FAQs, Reporting Indexes, internal email alias list, and other special projects as assigned
  • Qualifications

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • Interested in career in sales operations, planning, or data analytics
    • Basic understanding of sales processes, business acumen, and methodologies
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
    • A demonstrated passion for information and business intelligence
    • Strong attention to detail,  some experience using reporting and analytics applications preferred; Salesforce preferred and/or Anaplan a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
    • Experience with Google’s G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus
    • Self-starter, able to establish own priorities, initiatives and drive to closure
    • Basic understanding of Sales, Inside-Sales, Channels and supporting business functions
    • Working towards Bachelor’s Degree in business or operations preferred
