    YOUR ROLE AT CLOROX:

    The University Programs Recruiter is responsible for supporting assigned functions on partnering with functions to develop and execute innovative, bold sourcing strategies and recruitment plans for entry level hires. This includes serving as a recruiting lead with internal stakeholders, university career centers, faculty, student leaders, and diversity organization leaders to position Clorox as an employer of choice.

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the full cycle entry level recruiting strategy & process for assigned functions, being the single point of contact for hiring managers, functional recruitment team captains and volunteers, and candidates

    • Act as a partner and creative consultant showing an ability to build best practice techniques in support of recruitment and development within assigned functions

    • Develop a strong network with candidates, functional client groups and university / diversity organization contacts

    • Partner with University Programs Coordinator to ensure well-planned logistics and execution on all university and diversity recruitment events

    • Serve as a key coordinator of entry level talent programs including the Clorox Summer Intern Program, and Clorox Co-Op Program

    • Support diversity recruitment initiatives in partnership with Clorox Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

    • Ensure data integrity and program accountability with focus on regular reporting of key metrics for evaluating success within Clorox University Programs: diversity recruitment, offer acceptance rate by function and by school, intern conversion rate by function and cost per hire

    • Bring a continuous improvement approach to entry level recruitment processes

    WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • 2-3 years of recruitment experience focused on candidate management, university recruitment event management and/or diversity recruitment initiatives

    • Ability to travel for recruiting events in Fall & Spring

    • Experience recruiting Supply Chain (PSO) groups a plus

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Working knowledge of effective interview and selection processes including: behavioral interviews; high volume onsite interviews with schedule complexity; and case study interviews

    • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - we use Workday

    • Experience with program management and logistics coordination

    • Ability to communicate, make strong decisions and influence stakeholders on best practices
