  • Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    Responsible for processing purchase orders, researching pricing for Radwell’s website, and documenting correspondence relating to Purchase orders.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Entering list and approving pricing to attain the goals set in the 500 point system.
    • Research pricing that will be used on our website to ensure we are competitive based on RFQs received from manger and assistant manager on a daily basis
    • Obtaining approval of all items on Purchase Orders prior to them landing in-house
    • Documenting correspondence relating to an Offer or Purchase Order in the notes field of the database. This is to include, but is not limited to, all vendor communication, revisions and staff member instructions.
    • May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma
    • Prior knowledge of Industrial products would be helpful, but not required.

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • One to three years related experience and/or training
    • Technical or Industrial product knowledge a plus

    SALARY RANGE INFORMATION:

    • The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    SALARY RANGE

    • $40,000 - $45,000 annual base salary

  • Qualifications
    • Ability to interact and communicate with people over the telephone and/or in person, often in stressful situations.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology.
    • Knowledge of patient medical records and clinical documents.
    • Skill in the use of Hospital computer systems related to ADT order entry, requisitions, lab inquiries and other computerized processes and related software/hardware applications.
    • Knowledge of clinical procedures and operations
    • Knowledge of supplies, equipment ordering and inventory control.
    • Clerical, word processing and office skills.
    • Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instruction and safety precautions.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
