We presently have an opportunity for a Media Fulfillment Specialist within our Entertainment department. As a Media Fulfillment Specialist, you will be a key member of a team responsible for the daily fulfillment of all internal and external video content deliveries.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Bachelors degree in Television Production, Digital Media or equivalent training required
• A minimum of two years experience in Television Production or Digital Media environments with professional file encoding/transcoding software and video editing software
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Adobe Media Encoder, EVS, Telestream, VTRs and DVD Duplication and Authoring systems
• Equipment troubleshooting skills required
• Must be able to independently handle multiple projects simultaneously

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily Media Fulfillment workload and assure that all necessary requests are completed by the requested deadline
• Use available technology to deliver digital media; including all file types for delivery to national and local broadcast outlets, and other off-site clients via ftp, hard drive or other means
• Responsible for proficient operation of all equipment including transcoding applications, edit systems, EVS servers, routers, professional VTRs and other associated equipment
• Frequently travel to tournament site to organize all the ENG footage being shot onsite and send it back to the archive, edit VNR videos as needed and help on shoots as needed
• Assist producers with file conversion and preparation for edit sessions
• Proper communication with all necessary international and domestic clients required
• Communicate all technical equipment problems immediately to Engineering Team and assist Engineering in locating and identifying equipment problems as needed
• Provide ENG support for production staff as appropriate
