ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

PROBLEM SOLVING: Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and develop appropriate solutions.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects under minimal supervision and meet required deadlines.
Required Experience
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE: Must be able to work in a team environment; Must have knowledge of how to use measuring instruments. Must be able to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Must have a minimum of one year Welder Operator experience. May be required to receive additional education & attend seminars for related training. Experience in a manufacturing environment required. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, principles, and tools preferred.
