    Halfaker and Associates, an SAIC Company, has an opening for a SENIOR PROJECT ANALYST to join our talented, dynamic team. The key responsibilities for this position include:​

     

    • Support Senior Analysts in developing requirements, policy, and process guidance for OIT
    • Support development of monthly reports
    • Support use case development
    • Proactively engage in a wide array of program activities, identify and critically analyze program needs, and develop recommendations for innovative and compliant ways to meet requirements and improve processes
    • Plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs
    • Use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes
    • Ensure deliverable content and quality meet program objectives and acceptance criteria
    • Conduct program management support activities
    • Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and maintain action item log for critical program or project meetings
    • Facilitate internal as well as client-facing meetings as needed
    • Prepare status briefing materials, PowerPoint (PPT) decks, Bi-weekly and monthly status reports, and other activity tracking documents as needed
    • Facilitate quality reviews and peer reviews across technical and non-technical documents, capturing comments as content is discussed among reviewers

    Required Skills

    • Knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs
    • Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes
    • Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of operations
    • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking and analytical skills
    • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills, new client environments, and grow domain expertise
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
    • Excellent formal business writing skills

    Required Experience

    Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline 

    • 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

    5 years of relevant experience
