YOUR ROLE AT UNLEARN

Unlearn is looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Head to join the commercial team. You share the excitement about our paradigm-shifting solution and are passionate about clinical trials.  You will leverage your knowledge of the biopharmaceutical space to identify partnering opportunities and to drive the various facets of business development. 

Day-to-day work will include:

• Identifying potential partners and build a robust network of relationships in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry and academia
• Creating a partnership funnel, sourcing and evaluating potential partnerships
• Concurrently negotiating, closing and managing multiple partnerships requiring prioritization inline with corporate goals
• Managing a comprehensive database of all BD interactions.
• Educating potential partners about our solution and representing Unlearn at external meetings and conferences

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with minimal 6 years' experience in biotech/pharma business development. MBA, MS, or PhD preferred
• Knowledge of clinical development and experience in Neurology space (Alzheimer's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, ALS and other) highly desirable. 
• Experience negotiating sponsor contracts, including intellectual property provisions. 
• Must thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration and project management skills
• Outstanding communication skills including an ability to communicate complex issues simply
