    As an Insurance Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted service.

    Responsibilities

    Greet & Direct walk-in customers at our office location

    Take premium payments, call customers with friendly reminders that a bill is past due

    Manage an in-office outgoing mail campaign including data management, mail merge, printing, etc.

    Run various system audits to assist the team in marketing efforts.

    Various other non-licensed office support activities including answering phones, directing calls, etc.

    Provide a positive customer experience

    If desired after 1 year obtain license and join our licensed team of professionals

    Job Qualifications

    Strong interest in an insurance career

    Outgoing pleasant personality

    Strong organizational skills, effective time and task management skills

    Confident, motivated individual who works well independently

    Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up

    Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
