    A Traditional Neighborhood Development in Louisiana is seeking a full-time Broker to lead our residential real estate office in providing real estate services to future and existing clients. The successful broker is responsible for providing a superior product in a sustainable development. We have brought the concept of the Traditional Neighborhood Development to markets in Louisiana through incorporating attractive streets and public places, protected natural areas, and a variety of housing types to our residents. The Broker is responsible for the management and operations of the realty group and coordinates with developers, staff, and the Architectural Review Board to ensure the high standard of the development is maintained.

    Responsibilities:

    Act as the Brokering agent for subsidiary realtors

    Coordinate with architects to identify plans cohesive with the design standards of the development

    Maintain an awareness of industry trends with both Traditional Neighborhood Developments and residential Real Estate and best practices

    Maintain an accurate and up to date record of all available inventory

    Source plans for builder selections

    Liaison between Architect, Builder, and Client

    Review, correct and optimize plans with builders and interior designers

    Coordinate all marketing material including, but not limited to, builder pricing, signage and marketing

    Lead tours of available homes, lots, plans and neighborhood

    Prospect commercial real estate sales

    Perform comparative market analysis for Resales, Showcase Homes, and Lots

    Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors

    Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

    Coordinate with Community planners on future events and community developments

    Additional duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    Licensed Real Estate Broker

    Minimum of 7 years of design experience

    Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

    Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

    Pleasant and trustworthy

    Advanced MS Office suite skills
