Job Summary:
We are seeking an efficient and reliable Unloading Associate to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing products in the warehouse, and ensuring items are processed in a timely and safe manner. The Unloading Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods within our facility and supporting our commitment to excellent service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely unload merchandise from delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Inspect unloaded items for damage and discrepancies, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Sort and organize products based on company standards and inventory protocols.
Move merchandise to designated storage areas within the warehouse, ensuring an organized workspace.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records by labeling and categorizing items accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize unloading processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Keep the unloading area clean and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed, including stocking and inventory management.
