Do you love interior design, helping people, and earning based on your performance? Up Closets is growing in the Spring, Texas market and is looking for an energetic, professional Design Consultant to join our team.
This is more than a sales job—it's an opportunity to transform homes while helping clients create organized, functional spaces they love.
No cold calling. We provide qualified appointments with homeowners who have requested a consultation.
What You'll Do
As an Up Closets Design Consultant, you will:
Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled design consultations.
Listen carefully to understand each client's needs, lifestyle, and vision.
Measure spaces and create custom closet, pantry, garage, home office, laundry, and storage solutions using our intuitive design software.
Present beautiful designs and pricing during the appointment.
Guide clients through the purchasing decision with confidence and professionalism.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
Passionate about design and helping people.
A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable learning technology and design software.
Available to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are most available.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Sales experience is preferred, especially in:
In-home sales
Interior design
Kitchen & bath
Real estate
Furniture
Home improvement
Luxury retail
